「だいたい～だと思います」って英語でなんて言うの？

・だいたい～だと思いますが
・だいたい～かもしれませんが
という表現を英語では、どのようにすればよろしでしょうか？

例>
クラシック音楽は、だいたい1800年以降のロマン派の時代に作曲されたものが、どちらかというとポピュラーからもしれませんが、深いユーザは古典に辿り着きます。

言いたいことによっていろんな例が思い浮かびますが、3つあげてみました。

（1）
・ about「だいたい、おおよそ」
　きちんとした数などではないことを表します。

　It was about two hundred dollars.
　「だいたい200ドルほどでした」

・ roughly「だいたい、おおよそ」
　about よりももっと大雑把な感じです。
　
　It was roughly two hundred dollars.
　「200ドルくらいってとこかな」

（2）
・mostly「大部分は」
　同じ「だいたい」でも、「多くのものが、ほとんどが」という意味のときもあります。

　People gathered mostly in the bay area. I saw only a few in town.
　「人々はだいたい湾岸地区に集まっていた。繁華街のほうでは数人しか見なかったよ」

日本語の「だいたい」は「about」「around」などで表せます。
どちらも「だいたい」「約」という意味の副詞です。


【例】

It's about 500 kilometers from the island to Tokyo.
→その島から東京まではだいたい500キロです。

I'll be at the station in about 30 minutes.
→あとだいだい30分で駅に着きます。

I've been working here for about a year.
→ここで働き出してだいたい1年になります。

We met around 30 years ago.
→私たちはだいたい30年くらい前に知り合いました。

「だいたい」は英語の usually, generallyとroughlyに当てはまります。

Usually と generally はニュアンスが同じです。Roughly はアバウトというニュアンスがあります。
