「お前は何がおかしいんだ！？（直訳）」→「お前何なんだよ！」
のようなニュアンスで言うことができます。
二つ目は、

これは直訳すると「あなたの問題は何か？」ですが、実際には「何か問題でも？」→「文句でもあるか？」のように相手にけしかけるようなニュアンスや、「お前頭でもおかしくなったのか？」のように相手に対するこちらのイライラや不満を伝えるニュアンスで使われます。
