ride （ライド）は、
〜へ行くためのあし、
という意味です。
Could you give me a ride back to my hotel, please?
これで、
（ホテルへ戻るためのライドをお願いできますか？）
という言い回しです。
質問者さんが仰っている場合の、
レストランそのものが送迎をしてくれる場合は上記でよいでしょう。
念の為、そうでない場合、タクシーを読んで欲しい場合も載せておきますね。

If you have made no plans for someone to take you back to the hotel then you could ask ' could you call a taxi for me please?' this would explain you have finished and are wanting to go back
You could also say 'can you organise a lift back to my hotel please?' this suggests the restaurant has a car that can pick you up and take you

It's always a good idea to use the word 'please' in order to be polite. You can place it at the beginning or end of the phrase. Usually we don't 'send' someone back to a place unless they were on a mission and forgot to do something. We 'take' them back.
The name for a car service to and from a destination such as a hotel, airport, restaurant or party is called a "shuttle bus", "shuttle service" or a "shuttle" for short.
The shuttle picks you up from the restaurant and drops you off at the hotel. You can also ask someone to call the shuttle for you.

もし頼み方の前に”could”を付けたらもっとpoliteになる。pleaseはもちろん大丈夫だけどもし最初はcouldで最後はpleaseにしたら1番良いと思います。

Who do I speak to about being returned to my hotel?
If you know who to ask about getting returned to your hotel, asking "Would you call me a car to go back to my hotel?" should address the problem.
Similarly, you can say "I'm ready to go back to my hotel please." This is a direct statement and can be used when you know the process to get back to your hotel.
If you are unsure how to get back or who to talk to, you can use the third sentence. You can say this to anyone working in the restaurant. It asks who you should talk to about getting back to your hotel. They can then direct you to who you need to talk to and you can use the first two sentences.
