「私が働いた〜番目の会社」という言い方ができます。
「会社で働く」は work for a company です。
３社目なら a company のところが the third company になります。
これを使って、「今の会社は３社目です」なら、
This is the third company that I've worked for.
最後の have worked for は、３社目にある時点で働き初めて現在も在籍しているので、現在完了形を使います。
あるいは、「今の会社は」とはっきりと言うならば
The company that I'm working for is the third one for me.
