以上のフレーズを使ったら、言いたいことがちゃんと伝わるので心配することはありません。

上記2つは、より丁寧に言った際の表現です。
「refrain from」とは、
「～を控える」という意味です。
よく公共の場で、
「Refraing from smoking. 喫煙をお控え下さい」
というサインを見かけますね☆
また、「ネットに掲載する」という表現を、
「post on the website」
「put on the website」
で表してみました。
