「ギリギリ」というのは時間について使う場合には英語で「just barely」か「at the last moment」か「in the nick of time」に相当します。
「飛び乗る」は英語で「jump on（現在形）か jumped on(過去形）」になります。電車を乗る時にも、その「乗る」と同じ役割になる動詞は「catch（現在形）か caught（過去形）」もよく使います。「Jump on/Jumped on」は大丈夫ですが、「Catch/caught」は「jump on」より僅かに自然な英語です。

英訳３：barelyは「かろうじて」、make it to ...で「…に間に合う」、in timeは「間に合って」という意味です。
