2) 'For you, it's a cinch. For me, it's so difficult.'
- Here, 'cinch' means very easy, so you are stating that your friend can do it with little or no effort, but it is not easy for you to do.
3) 'You make it look like a piece of cake, but I still can't do it.'

You make that look effortless, when in reality it's quite difficult.
You can use the following sentences:-
1. You make that look so easy.
2. You make that look effortless, when in reality it's quite difficult.
This means that the person is making the activity look much easier than it really is.
1. You make that look so easy.(あなたがやると簡単そうに見える)
2. You make that look effortless, when in reality it's quite difficult.(実際はすごく難しいのにあなたがやると簡単そうに見える)
It seems effortless, but I still wouldn't be able to do that
When someone makes something look easy, it usually means they are really good at it, so it can look simple even though it it not easy or simple. You can express that it looks easy, or it seems easy. This doesn't necessarily mean it IS easy or simple. It is actually a nice compliment if you tell someone that they make something look easy, simpl, effortless, without effort. You can also express that you would never be able to do something like that, but when they do it, it seems graceful and doable.
it looks easy"や"it seems easy"と言えます。 You make it look easy"(あなたがすると簡単そうに見える)というのは、すてきな褒め言葉です。
I can't do that, but you seem to make it look so easy
You could simply say 'you make it look so easy' or 'it seems so easy when you do it' if you want to explain that you can not do it then add 'I can't do that!'
'You make it look so easy'(あなたがすると簡単に見える)
または、
'It seems so easy when you do it'(あなたがすると簡単に見える)
I can't do that!'(私にはできない)と加えましょう。
