aboutは、だいたい、およそ、という意味があるように、範囲が曖昧なときに使う言葉です。なので、That's it. は以上です。という意味ですが、That's about it. はだいたいそんなところです。という意味になります。
That's it. は、良い意味でも悪い意味でも、シチュエーションによって使うことが可能です。
「いいぞ！」などの意味でも使える上に、
「もうおわりだ！」という悲観的な場合も表現できます。

At the end of a self-introduction, you can say any of the following:-
1. That's it, I'm finished.
2. That's all I have to say.
Both of these statements indicate that you are finished saying what you were saying.

この両方の表現は言う事は終わりました、と言う事を表しています。
▪That's me in short.
This indicates that the short introduction was enough to say about you and would give them the idea that you are done with your introduction.
▪And that's me.
Saying this after your introduction tells them that you are done and will stop there.

The function here is to signal to those present that you have completed your introduction. presumably another person will then start their introduction, or other matters will then be discussed. If you pause briefly and then say something like:
"And that concludes my introduction. Thank you," that should be clear for everyone.
You ma be even briefer and just say, 'Thank you,' if you wish. The body language and tone of voice will also be strong indicators that you have finished.

Using these phrases indicate that you have said all you can about yourself and you are ready to either hear the other person(s) introduction(s) or to speak about other things. Based on how you say it and your body language., persons will understand that you have concluded your introduction.
*That is me.
This means that you have told them all the details they need to know about you and saying "That is me" indicates you are done describing yourself. This is a casual way of introducing yourself.
*It's a pleasure to meet you all.
If this is in a group, after introducing yourself you can say "It's a pleasure to meet you all."
It's a pleasure means you happy or honored to meet them.
