  • Please enjoy the traditional Japanese atmosphere at the temple!

Your own phrase seems to be very good although the article 'the' should be inserted:
"Please enjoy the traditional Japanese atmosphere at the temple! "
An alternative well-wishing phrase could be:
"There is a great sense of Japanese history and culture in the Todaji temple and I'm sure you'll enjoy it!"
It depends exactly what the atmosphere is like - religious, historic, imposing, humbling etc
theという冠詞を入れないといけませんが、あなたの説明はとても良いと思います。

"Please enjoy the traditional Japanese atmosphere at the temple! "
東大寺での伝統的な日本の情緒を味わってください。

別の好意的な表現はこうなります。

"There is a great sense of Japanese history and culture in the Todaji temple and I'm sure you'll enjoy it!"
東大寺には日本の歴史と文化の素晴らしい雰囲気があるから
きっと楽しめると思うよ。

There are many ways to explain and use this idea of 'atmosphere'.

The word 'atmosphere' is used to explain a feeling/tone/mood that surrounds something or someone. For example "There was an atmosphere of joy at the wedding". This can be replaced with "The mood was one of joy at the wedding."

Another way we can explain a mood or atmosphere is to call it a 'vibe' short for 'vibration' and most commonly used in America to explain someones emotional state or the feeling of a place. "The vibe at the party was totally upbeat man!"

Vibe is a very colloquial and casual expression and would not be used in a formal situation.
情緒を説明する方法、また使い方は沢山あります。

atmosphereという単語は、物や人を取り巻く感情/調子/気分を説明するために使われます。

例えば、There was an atmosphere of joy at the wedding.(結婚式は、喜びの情緒がありました。)
これは、The mood was one of joy at the wedding.(結婚式は、喜び雰囲気でした。)に置き換えることができます。

気分や情緒を説明できる別の言い方は、vibeで、vibrationを短くしたものです。アメリカでは、誰かの感情、または場所の雰囲気を説明するために最もよく使われます。

例:
The vibe at the party was totally upbeat man!
パーティでの空気感は、とても陽気でした!

vibeは、とても口語的でカジュアルな表現なので、フォーマルな場面では使われないでしょう。

  • You can experience the rich Japanese culture at the Todaji temple.

  • The vibe at the Todaji temple is all about Japanese culture.

The first phrase containing the word "view" means in this sentence that you are able to see Japanese culture in front of you as well as getting to know it personally.

"Experience a rich culture" is a common phrase used when referring to another country that you want to know more about. For example, it can be said that "When you walk through the old city, you will experience the rich culture of Italy."

Vibe: means feeling. that is being sent out.

Hope this helps!
一つ目の例の「view」を含むフレーズは、日本の文化を目の前で見て学ぶことができるという意味です。

「Experience a rich culture(豊かな文化を体験する)」はよく耳にするフレーズです。関心のある異国について言う場合に使います。例えば:

"When you walk through the old city, you will experience the rich culture of Italy."
(この古い町並みを歩くと、イタリアの豊かな文化に触れられる)

Vibe: 感じ、雰囲気

参考になるといいです!

  • Please enjoy the elements of Japan's culture at Todaiji Temple

When inviting someone to enjoy something you can say "feel free to enjoy" meaning you can enjoy it as much as you want. Another term like "please enjoy" allows one to think that they may enjoy to their hearts content. This helps to make the environment or atmosphere more comfortable.
人に楽しむように言う時は「feel free to enjoy」が使えます。「思う存分楽しんでください」という意味です。「please enjoy」でも、心から楽しむようにと伝えられます。これで、心地よい雰囲気を作れます。
