お金がたまらないという表現は簡単に言うと、
I can’t save money
貯金できません。
と言います。
しかしおっしゃったニュアンスだと、いろんな面白い言い方があります。
I can never seem to ~
このフレーズは「なぜか〜できない」という意味です。
I can never seem to lose weight
なぜか、痩せられない
I can’t ~! no matter how hard I try
このフレーズは「どう頑張ってもなぜか〜できない」という意味です。
I can’t lose weight no matter how hard I try.

try so hard to...で、一生懸命頑張ってみる、という感じが出ます。
try to は基本的に何かに向かってやってみる、トライしてみるというニュアンスです。
結果どうなるかはさておき、とにかく目標に向かってやってみる。
save money で貯金する。
なのでここでは、貯金しようと頑張ってみる、となります。
I never succeedは「ちっとも成功しない」です。
never は強い否定なので、頑張っても頑張っても全然ダメ、という感じが出ます。
お金貯めようとどんだけ頑張っても成功しない。
なぜだかお金が貯まらない、という感じがうまく伝わると思います。
If you want to explain you are saving money or that you have no money. You can say, 'I am struggling to save money'. If you are 'struggling' this means that you are finding it difficult, hard and not easy to save or earn money.
Maybe you struggle to save money because you spend money. Maybe you are struggling to earn enough money to save money. You can say, 'saving money is very hard'. If you don't get paid enough or earn enough money to save, you can say 'I do not earn enough money to save'.
お金を貯めていること、またお金がないことを説明したければ
“I’m struggling to save money.”
(お金を貯めるのに苦戦しています。)
ということができます。
“struggling”(苦戦している)とは、
お金を貯めたり、稼いだりするのが難しいと感じるという意味です。
もしかしたら、貯金をするのに苦戦するのはお金を使うからかもしれません。
またもしかしたら、貯金をするために十分なお金を稼ごうと苦戦しているのかもしれません。
“Saving money is very hard.”
(お金を貯めるのはとても難しいです。)
もし貯めるのに十分に支払われていないか、稼げていなければ
“I don’t earn enough money to save.”
(貯めるのに十分なお金を稼いでいない。)
ということができます。
I have been trying to save money for months but was not successful.
▪ I find it very difficult to save money.
This is saying in a direct way that it is not easy for you to save money.
▪ I have been trying to save money for months but was not successful.
This sentence indicates that you are trying to save money and you are always unsuccessful because it is very difficult for you to save money.
▪ I find it very difficult to save money.
（お金を貯めるのは難しく感じます。）
あなたにとってお金を貯めることが容易ではないことを直接的に表現しています。
▪ I have been trying to save money for months but was not successful.
（ここ何ヶ月かお金を貯めようと試みているけど、なかなかうまくいきません。）
あなたはお金を貯めようと努力しているにも関わらず、貯金をするのは困難でいつもうまくいかないと表現しています。

A nice little IDIOM can often work wonders when you need to say something gently :-D

To no avail means without any success. This means you try to save money but somehow the plan always fails. Maybe you always get the itch to buy something you like. You can try to get a top order from the bank where the money will only be available after a certain time period.
To no availは「無駄にする」「何の成功もない」ということを意味します。 つまり、お金を節約しようとしますが、計画がいつも失敗に終わるということです。 いつも何か好きなものを買うためにかムズムズしてしまうのかもしれません。 一定期間が経った後にのみお金が利用可能になる、銀行からの特別なサービスを受けるといいかもしれません。
I keep trying to save my money but it never seems to work.
I try to put away some money for the future, but I can never get it done.
"I never seem to be able to save any money."
can be used when you are wanting to express that you do try to save money but for whatever reason, you can't.
