This would be described as 100% fruit juice. It may also be called "all-natural" which means that the ingredients are natural and not synthetic. Juices will often say there is no added sugar, which means that refined sugar has not been addd to the juice.

Fruit juice that is pure juice with no additives can be described as natural fruit juice. A very common way to describe such a drink would be to say that it is "freshly squeezed" to signify the pureness of it.
