The last call for drinks at a bar is called last orders.
The barman usually rings a bell and shouts, last orders at the bar ladies and gentlemen.
When it is time to close, the barman will shout again, time please and you are expected to drink up and go
If people are still drinking after time has been called, the barman will start saying things like, haven't you got homes to go to, or, on you way now.

Last call for drink orders - means people can order last drink but there is no explanation what is the reason. Sorry but we are closing soon, so, last drinks at the bar - this option I would personally use because we have an explanation why it's the last drinks

B) Last orders

(in a bar or pub) said to inform customers that closing time is approaching and that any further drinks should be purchased immediately.

These are all variations meaning the bar is about to shut.

2.) Last round for drinks!

These would both be things that the barmen or the bar itself would announce loudly to the entire bar to inform everyone inside that if they wanted a final drink, this was the time to come and order it. Typically this moment happens around 15-30 minutes before the bar planned on closing.
