「連れション」を一単語で表す英語はないように思います。ですが海外でも女子が「連れション」をするのはよく見られます。そのような時に使われる表現は：

"going in a group" explains that there is a group of more than two going together.
"Going in pairs" a pair means two.
There is no set word to explains "women going to the bathroom together." So it can be expressed using one of the terms above.
