これは日本語でも英語でもよく見ますね。
・was sent または has been sent 「送られた」
「送られた」は過去形でも現在完了でもどちらでも大丈夫です。過去形を使った場合は、送信した時点のことを言っていて、現在完了の場合は「送信された後の状態で、あなたのところにあります」のようなニュアンスです。
・send-only address「送信専用アドレス」
なお、「送信専用」だと分かる言い方がいろいろあるので下に記しておきました。
・Please do not reply to this email.「このメールに返信しないでください」
・This address is not monitored. 「このアドレスは監視されていません」→「このアドレスはチェックされていません」
・Replies to this message are routed to an unmonitored mailbox.
