"The results of the test came back negative." は一番科学的、正式に使われている言い方です。医者さんの決まり文句は "So I can give you the good news that your test results cam back negative." ＝ 「[検査](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/32820/)の[結果](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36263/)は[問題ない](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/3984/)という良い報告を伝いことは出来ます」
”No problem to report.” はもっとカジュアルな言い方です
"I got a clean bill of health." または "My doctor gave me a clean bill of health." もよく使われる言い方です。しかし、ここではその一つの検査だけでなく、全身に問題がないという保証を医者・病院からもらったという意味になります。

There was nothing wrong.
何も問題はなかったよ。
上記のように英語で表現することもできます。
all good は「全部良い＝問題ない」という意味の英語表現です。
