微生物って英語でなんて言うの？

「微生物」は microbe または microorganism と言います。

「微生物」という言葉を英語で伝えると、「germ」という言葉と「microbe」という言葉を使っても良いと考えました。「Germ」という言葉の方が日常会話で使われていえると考えました。「微生物学」は「microbiology」という意味があって、「微生物学者」は「microbiologist」という意味があります。
