The foot is divided into three parts sole (front part of the bottom of the foot), then is the arch(middle of the foot) and heel(back part of the foot) even though the sole and heel both touch the floor they are both referred to as sole.

その時は、front of the foot or heel（足の前方部、又はかかと部分）と言えます。

足の裏の事を"sole"や簡単に"the bottom of my foot"と言う事が出来ます。
