「掛けてくれていたのに、ごめんなさい」＝ I'm sorry I didn't answer your call/I'm sorry I didn't pick up when you called

「登録してある電話番号」＝ numbers already on my phone/numbers stored on my phone/numbers I know

「電話に出る」＝ answer the phone/pick up

携帯電話の電話帳は"Phonebook/my contacts" 番号を登録することは"Save" です。Registerではないので要注意。”Apparently”をつかうと”（登録したって思ってたんだけど）どうやら登録してなかったみたい” のような、勘違い、手違いのニュアンスを加えることができます。
