ノートにまとめるって英語でなんて言うの？

I will summarize the important points of the class in this a notebook. 「その授業の重要点をノートにまとめます。」

だと考えたので上記の表現にしました。

上記のように英語で表現することもできます。
summarize は「要約する」「まとめる」という意味の英語表現です。
important points は「重要な点」です。

例：
