Consolidateは若干堅い言い方です。例えば
We can consolidate all of your assets into one account
資産を全部一つの口座にまとめることができます。
と言えます。

「まとめる」を英語にしてみると使い方にもよりますが"put together"や"get together"がぴったりとくるのではないかと思います。

「まとめる」はいろんな言い方があります。
Let's put all of our stuff together in the suitcase.
「スーツケースにみんなの荷物をまとめよう」

to sum upは「要約する」というような意味が強いので、to put togetherのほうがいろんなシチュエーションで使うことができると思います。

「荷物をまとめる」時は

を使います。
もしくは、パッキングをするという意味で「荷物をまとめる」のであれば、
