① This has been the happiest day of my whole year.
② This was the happiest day of my whole year.
③ Today was the best day of this year.
全部同じく「今日は今年で一番幸せな日でした」という意味です。
だけど、なんとなく一番幸せそうに聞こえるのが①だと思います。
普通の過去形の「Today was」や「This was」より、完了形の「This has been」の方が大きな意味がありそうな雰囲気を作る言葉です。デートの最後に使うといいですよ♪
