There are a variety of ways to ask this depending on the job or position. For example if it is an office or store.
"What are the office hours"?
"What are the store opening and closing times?"

If you want to know the start and finish time of your working day a simple way to ask is 'What time does work begin and end?'.
'What hours would I work?' is a little more formal, and you could expect that they would also respond with the number of hours per week which you would work.
Also note that 'time zone' is used to refer to time differences around the world, and is not used in this context.

For the first sentence you could also say "What is my work schedule?" if you are already employed. It is more appropriate to use "would" if you're inquiring about a job opportunity, or you have just been hired. If asking about your own specific work schedule, it's best to use "My" or "I".
一つ目の文について、もう既に雇われているなら、"What is my work schedule?"（勤務スケジュールはどうなりますか）と言うこともできます。
