Company tripが一番聞きます。Employee tripもstaff vacationも大丈夫ですが、company tripが一番通じると思います。しかし、欧米では「社員旅行」という文化がないため、場合によってはある程度説明しないといけないこともあるかもしれないです。
その時、A company trip is when the company takes all the employees on a trip, usually to a hot spring, or the mountains, or the beach. The company pays for the trip. But, the employees are expected to spend time together; so, it's kind of like work（社内旅行とは会社が社員全員を温泉とか山とか海に連れて行くことです。お金は会社が出すけれど、社員同士で付き合いをしなければいけないので、ちょっと仕事半分のようなものです。）と説明できます
