「歯」→「Teeth」
「矯正する」→「To correct」
「なみに僕も歯の矯正してるよ」をそのまま直訳すると
「By the way, I also had my teeth corrected.」になります。
「By the way, my teeth are also corrected.」というのは、
「ちなみに、僕の歯も矯正してるよ」という意味です。
ちなみに、この二つの表現は過去形です。
現在矯正中の場合は「By the way, I am also correcting my teeth now」、「By the way, I am also having my teeth corrected」と表現します。

❷I used to have braces too.
(私も前は歯の矯正をしてたよ)。
Bracesは歯の矯正、のことです。
I got braces. (歯の矯正始めたよ)。

(あなた歯の矯正が必要だね)。
A;You have nice teeth. (あなたの歯キレイだね)
B: Oh thanks. I had braces before.(ありがとう、矯正してたからね)。
