今回紹介させて頂く英文のポイントは③つあります。
①「今のバンド」を英語にすると、
current bands
②「昔のバンド」は、
bands in the past
と表現可能です。
current は「現在の」という意味で、
current address「現住所」などと
幅広く使われます。
in the past は「過去における・過去の」という
感じですね。
③ また、as for ～で「～に関しては」という熟語があります。
・・・これらを使い、
Among current bands, I like A. As for bands in the past, I like B.
「現在のバンドの中では、Aが好き」「昔のバンドでは、Bが好き」
と言えます。
※ as for は、
ex. As for me, I agree with the idea.
「私に関しては、そのアイディアに賛成です」
ex. As for the schedule, we have to consider it again.
「スケジュールに関しては、再考する必要があります」
などと英会話で幅広く応用がききます。
