It is a mandatory job = 必須の仕事・任務
compulsory はよく学業や法令で使われます。
A compulsory subject = 必須教科
inevitable は「避けられない」「不可避の」という意味合いがあります。
「リモートワークは認めておらず、東京オフィスへ勤務することが必須条件です」
We do not allow any remote offices.
*Working at Tokyo office is a must.
*It is mandatory to work at Tokyo office.
*Working at Tokyo office will be a mandatory condition.
*Working at Tokyo office will be inevitable as we don't allow any remote offices.
というような表現ができます。
参考までに（＾＾）
mandatoryは規則や法律などの義務であるというニュアンスが強いので、require(～を要求する、要望する)が一般的には使われます。
最初から訳しますと、
Working in our Tokyo office is required since working remotely is not allowed.
のようになります。
sinceは「～なので」、allowは許可するという意味で、be not allowedで許可されないということになります。
