Would you like to try the treatment at one and a half times as fast? Would you like to try the treatment at twice as fast?
「1.5倍速」は one and a half times as fast で言えます。
「2倍速」は twice as fast になります。
「痛いかもしれないけど、1.5倍速打ち(レーザー照射）か2倍速打ちにしますか」というのは It might hurt, but would you like to try the treatment at one and a half times as fast で表現できます。
treatment はクリニックですることを大幅にカバーする単語です。
