人が並んでいる「[列](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36949/)」はアメリカ英語では line と言います。
長い行列であれば long line と言えます。
イギリス英語では queue と言うことが多いようです。
【例】
I wanted to go to the famous restaurant but there was a long line so I went to McDonald's instead.

「行列」は、英語で "line" や "queue" と言います。アメリカで "line" をよく聞かれますけれども、他の国に "queue" をよく使うらしいです。
例：
The line to enter the store was very long. 「お店に入る行列は長かった。」
Is this the queue for the bus? 「これはバスの行列ですか？」

「行列」は基本的に英語で 'line' と言います。

「並ぶ」は 'line up' と言います。
例えば
「みんな、身長にの順に並んでください。」

「一列に並んで」は 'line up single file' という表現があります。
人がたくさん並んでいること又は「行列」は英語で「line」や「queue」といいます。
