"This food is native to Japan.", when we use the word "native" we mean to say something comes originally from a certain unique place.

There are many ways to describe food exclusive to one's country. If you would like to describe the history and use of the dish found in your country you can call the food "traditional food". If you would like to describe the popularity of the dish then you can refer to it as the "national dish". When we use exclusive in English it refers to something as being unique or found only in the area you are describing. When we are describing a food local to one's country we start with something that everyone might understand easily like an American would describe his national dish as hamburgers and then describe other dishes that are equally as popular like fried chicken .
"cuisine" is a word that is usually used for a way of cooking or a type of food; so to use the sentence "cuisine only found in Japan" you would be saying that this type of food, or method of cooking can only be found in Japan.
If you would like to express that a more specific "ingredient", such as a vegetable, meat, or spice that is part of the meal is only found in Japan you could say "this ingredient you can only get in Japan".
If it is a specific dish or meal in the Japanese cuisine that you can't find anywhere else in the world you can say "you can only find this particular dish in Japan".
"cuisine" とは、たいてい料理の方法やある種の食べ物のことを指しますですので、"cuisine only found in Japan"とは、日本にしかない料理、または料理法という意味になります。
もっと具体的に、野菜、肉、スパイスのような日本でしか見つけられない「材料」のことを言いたいときは、 "this ingredient you can only get in Japan"（日本でしか手に入らないこの材料）などと言えるでしょう。
世界中どこにも見つけられないある日本料理なら、 "you can only find this particular dish in Japan"（この料理は日本でのみ見つけることができます）と言うことができます。
The simplest way is to just say it's only found in Japan. Found means something that has been located, it also means something that has been lost and located.
「It's only found in Japan」が最もシンプルな言い方です。
「found」は、物が見つかることを表します。物がなくなってから見つかることも表します。
When speaking of a certain food or meal served we call it a "dish". So when speaking to someone in the U.S. you can explain it by saying "This dish is exclusively made in Japan." Or, "It is a dish native only to Japan".
food/meal（食べ物/料理)の事をdishと言うこともできます。
アメリカで人と話す場合、何かの料理について説明したいのであれば以下のように言うといいでしょう。

If something is 'exclusive' then it is only found or connected with that thing.
Eg,"Here is an exclusive dress." (It is only sold in that shop)
Eg "Jane is exclusively John's girlfriend." (She does not date anyone else)
If something is 'unique to something, it is, again, solely connected to that one thing.

"unique" ：唯一の、という意味で、「日本にしかない食べ物」という事を伝えることができます。
If this food is found only in Japan, then, it is food that is cooked with ingredients, techniques, and dishes that can only be found in Japan. It can be called 'Japanese cuisine' because it is not characteristic or culturally of any any other country. It can also be described as being 'exclusively Japanese food'. The adverb 'exclusively' means 'that all other countries are excluded when it comes to the existence of this food'. Only Japan has it.
So, at a restaurant in Tokyo, you may say to a waiter:
Please serve me with Japanese cuisine.
or
I prefer exclusively Japanese food to any other food.
その食べ物が日本でしか見つけられないなら、only found in Japan(日本でしか見つけられない)材料、テクニック、食べ物で料理された料理ということでしょう。
そのような食べ物を、その特徴や文化的に他の国にはないので、'Japanese cuisine' （日本料理）ということができます。
また、 'exclusively Japanese food'と表現することもでき、 副詞 'exclusively'とは、「その食べ物になるとほかの全ての国を除く」つまり、日本だけにあるという意味です。
ですので、東京のレストランでウエイターに以下のように言うことができるでしょう。
Please serve me with Japanese cuisine.
