継続は英語で continue と言います。しかし、[契約](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33809/)の場合、extend をよく使います。Extend は厳密に言うと「[延長](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/38640/)」という意味です。「契約を継続する」は extend the contract が一番普通の言い方ですが、continue the contract も言えます。

「継続」は英語でcontinueとかextendです。「契約を継続」の場合はExtend the contractがよく使われます。「契約」について話す時に、「契約を更新する」とか「契約を解約する」が使われますが、「契約を更新する」はRenew the contract、「契約を解約する」はcancel the contractです。
例えば：
Our company wants to extend the contract. （私たちの会社は契約を継続したいです。）
In the end, we must cancel the contract. （結局、契約を解約しなければなりません。）
Did the customer renew the contract? （お客さんは契約を更新しましたか？）
「継続する」は英語で 'to continue' と言います。

「契約を継続します」場合は違う訳語が適切ですけど。
'Renew the contract.' となります。
'Continuous contract' という「継続契約」はあります。
例えば：

「契約」を文脈を基いて，「契約を更新する」= renewal of a contract あるいは 「契約の更新」= renewing a contract
と大体同様な意味します。
「派遣社員は定期的に契約を更新しないといけません」= Dispatch works must renew their contracts on a regular basis.
「継続する」は”to continue”です。ほかに使える英語は"to renew”、意味は「更新する」ですね。あと”to extend”も使います。”to extend”は「延長する」という意味になります。多く使われるのは”to renew”だと思います。
