Common phrases are everyday phrases we use, ones you would often hear in normal situations and conversations.
Natural phrases are also phrases we use every day but they might be more unusual or not grammatically correct, like slag or new expressions trending with the younger generation.
Common phrasesとは日常で使うフレーズのことで、普通の状況や会話でよく耳にするフレーズのことです。
Natural phrasesというのも同様に日常で使うフレーズのことですが、あまり一般的ではなく文法的には正しくないこともあります。例えば、若い世代に流行っているスラングや新しい表現のようなものです。
There are several different ways you could ask this. It might depend on if you are asking about a specific phrase or phrases in general. If you would like to know how to say something specific in casual speech, you could use the second two examples.

Well, it is probably best to ask the teacher in a previous lesson if they can prepare some phrases for you. If you just ask for some casual phrases, it's a bit like asking to be taught some words - there is no direction or focus in the request. And there is a danger you will end up with a list of cliches which people rarely use these days. It is probably better to look at certain situations and then perhaps some more natural expressions will come out.
