こちらの『deal』と言う言葉は現在の米国の大統領トランプさんが大好きな言葉で、
かなり何度も使用しております。
彼は[ビジネスマン](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/71647/)ですので、こちらの単語を多用されているのだと思いますよ。
取引は英語で transaction/ dealと言います。ビジネスの場面であればbusiness transaction/ business deal としてもいいですね。
以下に、例文を挙げておきます。参考にしてみてください。
1) He made a large transaction last week.
彼は先週大きな取引を決めた
2) She gained the merchandising rights in the deal that she made with the studio.
彼女は映画配給会社との取引で映画化の権利を獲得した
英語の勉強がんばってください。
「取引」は英語でtransaction、もしくはdealと言います。両方とも動詞にするとmakeが付きます。
クライエントと交渉して、初めて取引をする時にmake a dealがよく使われています。
よく取引しているクライエントといつもの取引するときはmake a transactionがより適切です。
例
I just made a deal with a new client.
（新しいクライエントと取引してきた。）
Every month, I make transactions with 10 different clients.
（毎月クライエント10人と取引しています。）

1.) transaction (取引) 「取引」は英語でtransactionと訳せます。Transactionは普通にビジネス設定で使える言葉です。動詞で使いたい時はto make a transaction(取引をする)と訳せます。
例えば、
I made a 1,000,000 yen transaction with my business partner. (ビジネスパートナーと100万円の取引をしました)
