地下を通って反対側のホームの電車に乗ってくださいって英語でなんて言うの？

"...please use the underground passage to cross to the opposite platform..." =>
「... 地下の通路を使って、反対側のホームに渡って下さい。」

地下の通路　＝　underground passage

反対側のホーム　＝　the opposite platform

わかりやすいのは、まず
It's not this way. You have to go to the other side.
こっちじゃないですよ。反対側に行かなくてはいけません。
と最初に言う方が親切だと思います。

あとは位置関係にもよりますが、
Go down the stairs and you will see the way to go to the other side.
階段を降りたら、反対側へ行く道が見えるでしょう。

You can go to the opposite platform using the underground passage.
地下通路を使って反対側のホームに行けますよ。
