If you are holding the item in your hands then you can show the shop assistant and say 'do you have this in black?'. If you aren't holding it then you can say, 'do you have that top in black?'
If you'd like to know what other colours a product comes in then you can ask 'does this com in any other colour?' if they don't have the colour you want!
