コーヒーをこぼしってしまったら\"stain\"しみになるので嫌ですね。

\"something to wipe with\" （何か拭くもの）

となります。

ちなみに 『布巾』やテーブルなどを拭いたりする布の事を次のように呼びます。
\"kitchen towel\"
\"dish towel\"
\"kitchen cloth\"
\"wiping cloth\"

”(someone) spilled coffee\" （誰かがコーヒーをこぼす）
となりますので、これらを組み合わせて

\"Someone spilled the coffee, so could I have something to wipe with?\"
（誰かコーヒーをこぼしたので何か拭くものをもらえますか？）
などと表現してみるといいのではないかと思います。

Answer

The person sitting next to me = 隣に座ってる人
Someone next to me = 隣の人
Wipe = 拭く
Spilled = こぼした

“The person next to me spilled coffee so could I get something to wipe with?” = 隣に座ってる人がコーヒーをこぼしたので拭くもの下さい。

“Could I get a cloth? Someone next to me spilled coffee.” = 拭くものもらっていいですか？隣の人がコーヒーをこぼしました。

頼み事をする時は: 

“Could I ..?”
“Would it be possible to...?”
“Would I be able to ..?”
