ホーマー（ホメーロス）でもたまには居眠りをする。
ホメーロスは「イーリアス」や「オデュッセイア」の作者であると考えられているギリシャの詩人です。ホメーロスのような大詩人でも失敗することがある、という意味の表現です。
ちなみに「猿も木から落ちる」の直訳は「Even monkeys fall from trees.」です。こちらは英語ではあまり使いませんね。
これらの表現は、どれも誰かがミスをしたときに励ましの声かけとして使えます。
失敗してひどく落ち込んでいる人には、
- Don't be too hard on yourself.（そんなに自分を責める必要はないよ）
などでもいいでしょう。
もし、自分がミスをしたときのいいわけで言いたいなら、
- I'm not perfect.（私だって完ぺきじゃないよ）
より強く「私を責めないで！」と訴えたいなら、
- I never said I was perfect.（私は自分が完ぺきな人間なんて一度も言ってないし）
などと言えます。
Nobody's perfect = a typical saying when someone makes an error of some kind. For example you may use this phrase when defending yourself after making an error.
"You're so stupid! Why did you make such a basic mistake?"
"Well, anyone can slip up sometime. Nobody's perfect."
Human error = this refers to the fact that a machine may be able to do a high number of operations without error, but eventually, a human will lose concentration and make a mistake.
"The plane crash was caused by human error."
Nobody's perfect = 誰かがミスをしたときによくかける言葉のひとつです。例えば自分のこと正当化する時にも使えます。

Human error=これは、マシンならミスをせずにできるが、人は集中力だっておちてミスもする。というニュアンスもあります。
"The plane crash was caused by human error." 人為的ミスで飛行機事故が起きた。
1)We all make mistakes.- This means that even the people that we think will not make mistake make mistakes sometimes.
2) We are not perfect. - This means that we are not 100 percent perfect. We also make errors/mistakes sometimes.

つまり、間違いをしないと思う人でも間違いを犯す可能性があります。

(私たちは完璧ではありません。)
これは100％は完璧ではないことを意味します。時々、何度も間違えることがあります。

「同じような意味の言い回し（慣用句）」ということでしたら、これが近いですよね。

（誰にでもまちがいはあるさ。）
↑こちらはしょっちゅう使いますし、使われたこと多々ありです。
でも、しくじった側の人からこう言われて、「お前がいうな～！」とむかーっとしたことも
多々ありです（笑）。失敗した人をなぐさめる時に使うといいですね。
