説明の通り、イギリスでは"soccer ball"とは言いません、"football"と言います。
Accident （偶然/事故）
- 謝って何かが起こることです。

In the UK we refer to 'soccer' as football so instead of 'soccer ball' we would say 'football'
accidentally means something you did not mean to do ( it was an accident)
It is a good idea to add an apology when something like this happens. Start your sentence with:

The example sentence is a variation of a conditional sentence using 'when' instead of 'if'. 'When' is used in this type of construction when talking about facts - so things that have actually happened - as in the example sentence, or natural laws:

In England, we would always say "football" when mentioning the ball you played with. If you didn't mean to hit the car then you could say "accidentally" to emphasise this. If it was you that kicked the ball you could say "I kicked my football" or if it was someone else you could say "My friend kicked the football".
