A movie with many scenes of images of blood/internal organs/etc can be called a "Horror Movie".
You can also call is a "Grotesque movie" or "Gory Movie" which is short for grotesque.

*Gory/grotesque/horror movie can be inappropriate for a certain age group. On satellite tvs or cable you can set restrictions for children on what to/not to watch. That is to block such channels that display gory stuff.

Horror movies are often very scary for many people. This is because there is usually a lot of suspense in these movies and many scenes include gruesome content. Images of blood, extreme violence and criminal acts are portrayed in these movies.

Massacre - With a lot of killing/slaughter. Generally it would have it in the title of the move such as "The Texas chainsaw massacre" or "Did you watch the massacre in that movie on TV last night?"
Spine-chilling - Whether the movie has a lot of blood or plays on the psychological side it would be spine-chilling. Used when it makes you feel a little uncomfortable because of terror or excitement. As in; "Have you seen the movie Get Out? It's spine-chillingly brilliant!"
