＞「対人恐怖症（人に会ったり、話したりするのが怖いという病気）」は英語でなんといいますか？
私は専門家ではないので「対人恐怖症」と全く同じかどうかわからないのですが、
social anxiety (disorder) が近いかなと思います。
英訳例）
social anxiety
→対人不安
social anxiety disorder
→社交不安障害

恐怖症は、一般にphobiaと言います。
なので、対人恐怖症なら
human relationship「人間関係」に対するphobia「恐怖症」と言い表せます。
また、専門用語でanthropophobiaとも言いますが、かなりの専門用語でネイティブの人も知らなかったです。
a phobia of human relationshipならネイティブに伝わること確認済みです。
