「いろんなこと置いといて1個聞いていい？w」は、 ①Ignore all the rest, may I ask...? xP ※ignore　無視する、目をつぶる ※xP　x・・・目、P・・・口で笑っている ②Ignore the other questions, what about...? xP などでどうでしょうか？

There's some other stuff I think is strange 他にもなんかおかしいと思う事はあるんだけど、 but let's put them aside and...can I just ask one question? ちょっとそれらはおいておいて、、ひとつ聞いてもいい？ stuff：〜な事 strange：おかしな put aside：脇においておく can I just-：単に〜していい？ →そのあとの動詞を強調します。
