より丁寧な言い方になります。
"despatch" も "dispatch" も 全く同じ意味で、どちらのスペルも正しいです。
"ahead of schedule" は 「スケジュールより早い時間・日にち」を意味する、よく使う表現です。
"ahead of the scheduled date" にしますと、「スケジュールより早い日にち」というのははっきり伝われます。
