(見積りや問合せに返信がない)どうなっていますか？って英語でなんて言うの？

I ask some questions by mail or web query, but I cannot receive any response. I would like to ask again. What should I  say/write?

1例文目は「届いてますか？」と聞いて、2例文目は、「確認していただけますか？」と聞いています。
両方とも最後に、\"It has been sent on 曜日, 日にち.\"と付けると、より丁寧で相手も探しやすいでしょう。
