時間はアラビア数字が普通ですが、午後や午前はam, pm, または正確にはp.m.やa.m.のように表記します。アメリカ東海岸標準時間と日本時間（Eastern Standard Time、Japan Standard Time）など、時差のある場合は、10pm EST/11am JSTなどと合わせて表記します。

カジュアルな聞き方です。「Free」は「[暇](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36703/)」で訳せるけど、英語は丁寧語にこだわらないので、普通に使いますが、社外との打ち合わせに遠慮した方がいいかもしれません。
