One of the reasons which makes this country a wonderful place to visit is....
Enjoy your trip!
"There is only _(number)_ hours between us." This is a short and to the point way to say the exact amount of time between the two countries. You can also change the word 'us' to the name of the two countries.
"There is only _(数字)_ hours between us."
There's a slight time difference between the two countries
There's only a minimal time difference between the two countries
Slight/minimal = very little
Of course, you could always mention the exact time difference if you know it as that would be more informative. What is slight or minimal to one person may seem like a drastic change to another.
"The time difference is only plus 2 hours - you'll adjust very easily."
Slight「わずかな」/minimal「最小限の」 = very little「ほんの少し」
What is slight or minimal to one person may seem like a drastic change to another.
"The time difference is only plus 2 hours - you'll adjust very easily."
To say that something "isn't very much" is to say that it is small or little in size. For example:
"That isn't very much to eat"
"We didn't have very much money"
「___ isn't very much」は「(___が) 小さい、少ない」ことを表します。
例:
"That isn't very much to eat" (〈
"We didn't have very much money" (お金があんまりなかった)
If you are trying to say there is not a big time difference then you would say
'There not much time difference', 'the time difference is not alot' or ' the time difference is not very big' these all mean the same thing and are all good ways to express this
'There's not much time difference'(時差があまりない)
'The time difference is not a lot'(時差があまりない)
'The time difference is not very big'(時差があまりない)
Instead of saying the time difference is small, you could say the number of hours it is which would be more useful to your listener. For example, 'the time difference is one hour'. If you added 'just' or 'only' it would add emphasis to how small you thought that was. '....is only one hour'
'It's just a small time difference'
'the time difference is one hour'.
'....is only one hour'
'It's just a small time difference'
