close(発音は「クロウス）は「親密である、距離が近い」という意味。
close to-：〜と距離が近い。
または、以下のような表現でも良いですね！

でももうしばらく疎遠になっているよ。
"out of touch"は直訳すれば疎遠になっているという意味。
反対は”in touch"「連絡を取り合っている」
