矛盾してない？って英語でなんて言うの？

「矛盾」は contradiction になります。

「矛盾してない」というのは Isn't that a contradiction で言えます。

「あなたの言ってたこととやってること矛盾してるよ！」は What you said and what you are doing are in contradiction! で表現できます。

違う言い方としては You're doing something different to what you said! もあります。
