(あなたの好きな芸能人は誰ですか？)
Who’s your favorite actor?
(あなたの好きな俳優は誰ですか？)
What’s your favorite band?
(あなたの好きな歌手グループは誰ですか？)
Who’s your favorite singer?
(あなたの好きな歌手は誰ですか？)
答える時は:
My favorite band is MonsterX.
(私の好きなグループは MonsterXです)。
My favorite band member is IM.
(私の好きなグループはメンバー はIMです)。
My favorite boyband is 1D.
(私の好きな男性グループは 1Dです)。
My favorite singer is Justin Bieber.
(私の好きな歌手はジャスティン ビーバーです)。
〜と言えます。
色々な言い方がありますが、favorite singer あるいはfavorite member だけ前の人が回答してなかったので、使いました。

favorite は英語では「一番好きな」という意味の英語表現です。
なので、「一番じゃないけど好き」と言いたい場合は one of my favorite と言ったり、シンプルに I like ... のように言っても良いと思います。
