It'll be ready soon It'll be ready shortly I'll bring it out soon

It's common in American restaurants to use expressions like, "just a minute," "just a little while," and "almost finished" or "as soon as it's ready." This assures the customer that their wait time will not be long so that they do not become impatient. It helps them to know that their food is being prepared, so expressions like, "they're working on it now," or "the chef is almost finished with your order" show that their needs are being attended to and that they are being given good service.
アメリカのレストランでは、 "just a minute"(もうすぐ) "just a little while"(もうすぐ) "almost finished"(ほとんど出来ている) "as soon as it's ready"(出来上がったらすぐに) などの表現がよく使われます。 "they're working on it now"(今作っています)や、 "the chef is almost finished with your order"(もうすぐ出来上がります) で、お店がその人の要望にしっかりと対応していることが伝わります。

If food is cooked then it is said to be being 'made' or 'prepared' if something is being done at this moment then we use the word 'now' If something wont be too long then as well as saying 'it won't be long' we can also say 'it will be ready soon'
何かが間もなく出来上がるなら、'it won't be long' に加えて、'it will be ready soon' も使うことができます。

  • Sorry for the delay, I can assure you that it won't be long now.

You can tell someone that their food is being prepared and won't be long by saying the above phrases. Your food is on its way, implies that the food will not take long at all! Its also good to apologise and express your feeling of being sorry so that you can put the client at ease.
"Your food is on its way" は、「間もなく料理を準備できる」というニュアンスです。

When I was waitressing, I would always say that the customers' order is almost ready. It gives the people a sense of calm, without an exact time as to when it will be ready. When we say "it will be ready soon" it seems like "soon" could be a long time. It's coming soon or it will be ready soon is common for telling people to stop asking and be patient. Therefore, it's better to give people a message that it is actually "on it's way to being ready". It's almost ready says that they are currently working on it and "almost" is very soon.

When you use this phrase: your order is currently being made, one of us will bring it out soon. This is a good way to let the customer know that their order is being currently cooked/prepared and that one of the staff members will serve it to them shortly.

Notice that we can either use the adjectives, "prepared," or, "made," to describe that it's being cooked or prepared as you speak to the client. In addition, we can also choose to say, "will be brought out soon," to say that you will be serving it to them very soon.
