出店の店員さん＝clerk at the food stand

food stand＝出店、屋台

clerkでもいいのですが、友達と話している時は

the guy working at the food stand
the lady working at the food stand

と表現する事が多いです。

Shop attendant
Shop assistant
両方使いますが、Shop assistantの方が一般的だと思います。
