世の中（社会）を知る事が出来るって英語でなんて言うの？

【訳】アルバイトをすることは社会経験を積むのに良い。

social experience ＝社会経験

口語的には、「世の中の物事の仕組みを知る」と言う意味でget to know how the things workやhow the world worksを使うこともあります。

When you start working, you’ll get to know how the world works.
【訳】　働き始めれば、どう世の中が回っているのかわかってくるでしょう。

「世の中」は world になり、「社会」は society で言います。

「バイトとか経験する中で世の中の事を知る事が出来るからいい経験だ」というのは You can learn things about the world through work or trying things, so I think these are good experiences と表現できます。

例文　I recommend you experiencing different things.
「色んなことを経験するのを、お勧めします。」
